The program also delivered tangible business outcomes. Turkish and German organizations signed several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) covering industrial decarbonization, renewable energy manufacturing and start-up cooperation. In addition, the Energy Start-up Showcase: Turkish-German Innovation Exchange connected entrepreneurs, investors, corporates and public institutions working on innovative solutions for the energy transition.
One of the highlights was the panel discussion "Resilience by Design: Shaping the Future of Grid Infrastructure", where experts from 50Hertz, Netze BW, TEİAŞ and ELDER examined how digitalization, artificial intelligence, flexibility solutions and energy storage can strengthen future electricity networks. The discussion underscored the strong potential for Turkish-German cooperation in developing smarter, more resilient and future-ready grid infrastructure.
