Global System Operations Summit 2025 - Summary Video 

Hear the visitors and contributors of the first Global System Operations Summit voice their experience about the successful event.

⚡ At the end of september, the time had finally come. We brought together system operation expertise from around the world for three days full of international exchange, innovation and collaboration. More than 200 experts from distribution and transmission system operators, research institutes and suppliers from all over the world gathered at our 50Hertz headquarters, the Netzquartier, in Berlin to talk about the system management of the future. 

🫱🏻 🫲🏼 An intensive exchange took place on the challenges that grid operators worldwide face, innovative solutions and how to learn from each other through the exchange of experiences: across all countries and continents. 

A very wide range of topics were on the agenda, such as: 

• Topology Optimization 
• Design of the Control Center of the Future 
• Operational Stability and Monitoring 
• Enhancing Power System Resilience 

The special feature of the summit: 56 experts from 20 countries designed the program with various break-out sessions, panel discussions and poster fairs - many thanks to all great speakers involved!
