50Hertz joins Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG)
We are excited to announce that 50Hertz is now an official member of the Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG)—a leading international community dedicated to advancing clean, reliable, and affordable energy systems through technical collaboration and innovation.
ESIG takes a holistic view of today’s energy landscape, focusing on the combined strengths of electricity, heat, and fuel systems. By seamlessly integrating these systems, ESIG helps maximize the value of every unit of energy—whether it’s used for power, heating, water, industrial processes, residential needs, or transportation. ESIG acts as a key player in the G-PST framework to accelerate the transformation of the global energy system, especially regarding the integration of renewable energy. We, as 50Hertz lead the Control Room Of The Future Implementation Council of the G-PST.
For our 50Hertz system operations colleagues & MCCS, this means becoming part of a dynamic network of experts and organizations working together to solve the technical challenges of tomorrow’s energy grid.
